A new star in the class of 2019, a commitment to UGa and a commitment for a quarterback?
247Sports is reporting that the Florida Gators have officially committed to their 2018 recruiting class.
This is the first commit to the Gators since JUCO QB Tyler Wilson in May of 2019.
The commitment was first reported by The Gainesville Sun and was confirmed by 247Sports.
The Gators have a number of new players in the 2017 class, including four-star RB Malik Jones, a two-star WR Chris Harper and two-stars DL Marcus Williams.
However, the class has some big names, with wide receiver Jaxon Shipley, three-star DB Jordan Johnson, two-year DL T.J. Jones, three star CB A.
Wagner and three-stars DE Nick Bostic all committing to Florida.
247Sports’ list of 2017 recruits includes four-stars RB Isaiah Crowell, three stars QB Dontrelle Inman and two stars WR Josh Cribbs.
