Miami has committed to recruit 7-year-old Isaiah Jackson for the 2019 recruiting class.
According to a source close to Jackson, the 6-foot-9, 245-pound forward will join the Hurricanes at a recruiting day in June.
Jackson, who grew up in Jacksonville, Florida, has been working hard to get to Miami and will now get to visit the Hurricanes campus.
He joins a group of five high schoolers currently being recruited by Miami and has an offer from the ACC.
Jackson is also a part of the Florida Prep Academy, a youth basketball program.
He will attend the summer school.
The Miami native is currently ranked No. 3 by ESPN and No. 17 in the ESPN 100.
Jackson averaged 17.3 points, 5.4 rebounds and 1.6 blocks per game for Miami during his senior season in 2017-18.
Jackson averaged a team-high 7.2 points per game during his final season at Jackson High School in Florida.
He averaged 7.6 points and 4.7 rebounds per game in 20.1 minutes per game last season.
Jackson also averaged 13.6 minutes per contest for the Jackson-Holland Academy of Music and Art, and played on the Varsity Team.
Jackson was the No. 9 player in the country during his high school career, as ranked by Rivals.com.
